The Victorian State Government has confirmed that small scale construction can continue to operate during the Stage 4 Stay at Home Restrictions. So, to ensure we adhere to the Government’s guidelines we are continually adapting so that we get you into your new home as fast and safely as possible.

We are open virtually
Rex Homes remains open, our operations team will be working remotely and servicing our clients onsite and are here to answer any questions you might have via phone, video call or email.

Display Homes
Our display homes are closed until further notice; however, our Sales Consultants are available to meet with you virtually 7 days a week.

Build time and construction
Though restrictions have been placed on limiting the number of workers onsite, our construction team is continuing to keep building your dream homes on time, Our COVID Safety and COVID High Risk plans are in in line with the guidelines outlined by the Australian Government.

Client Appointments
If you are currently looking to build in Victoria, our turnaround time to prepare building contracts are up to 7 business working days. We also have adapted to some of our processes to safeguard the social distancing requirements.

Colour and Design Appointments
Are temporarily closed and now done virtually where possible.

Contract signing
Appointments are now completed virtually via DocuSign.

Client Practical Completion
Inspections and Settlements will proceed in line with the stage 4 guidelines.
